He’s also very motivated by music. A lot of the time he would sort of listen to his headphones. He wouldn’t even listen to what we were saying, you know, he would just listen to music. He was listening to a lot of Brian Eno… and he would just sort of cry, you know, and he would just walk around the set crying. And he wore this blanket around his waist to keep in his energy. Everybody on the crew was so, kind of, they didn’t really know what to make of him, so they decided that they would just join him. Everybody eventually started dressing like him.
